Mariama Saidy

Mariama Saidy is a driven and passionate professional with a solid background in Development Studies and Healthcare Management. She is currently pursuing a second degree in BBA – Hospital and Health System Management at the JSS Academy of Higher Education and Research, Mysuru, India, through a prestigious government-funded scholarship.

Mariama earned her first degree in Development Studies from the University of The Gambia, where she actively contributed as Head of the Organizing Committee for the Muslim Students Association. Her leadership journey began earlier, serving as the Health and Sanitation Prefect in high school.

She recently completed an internship at the MRC Unit The Gambia, under the Department of Archive and Library Services, strengthening her experience in healthcare systems and research support.

Known for her creativity, determination, and collaborative mindset, Mariama is passionate about transforming healthcare systems and empowering communities. She brings fresh ideas, dedication, and a proactive spirit to every project she’s part of.
